  • Warehouse area of 7,200m² for CFS, storage and LCL operations
  • Storage space 22,000 TEU, including an isolated section for hazardous cargo
  • Ground slots for 6,000 TEU (first layer of containers)
  • Depot for empty container storage
  • Pregate parking area for over 100 trucks
  • No physical constraints for design and development
  • Further development phases will increase the annual handling capacity up to 4,000,000 TEU
